Independent service quality survey results
As part of a regulatory requirement, an independent survey was conducted to ask approximately 1,200 customers of each of the 15 largest business current account providers if they would recommend their provider to other small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs*). The results represent the view of customers who took part in the survey.
Financial Services Compensation Scheme
We're covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). This means that any money you hold in a TSB account is protected up to a limit of £85,000 - so you won't lose out.
Is someone asking you to move your money?
Never transfer money to, or share passwords with, someone you don’t trust. This includes people online you’ve never met, too-good-to-be-true investments, and companies asking you to transfer funds directly to them.
